Asset Aquistion
The city of Belfast had a time sensitive exclusive right to purchase a series of small hydro developments. Renewable Power Consulting was initially retained to review the conclusions of conflicting project economic reports. We developed a daily energy model and inspected each development. We also developed an opinion of probable construction cost for capital improvement projects and annual operational and maintenance probable costs. This information was used in a customized financial model to review the projects long term financial stability. The final report incorporated the analysis and responded to conclusions from the previous reports.
